Originally from the historic city of Allahabad, Shivani’s artistic journey began with watercolors and hand lettering. Her curiosity then led her to the world of resin art, which quickly became her new passion.
In 2020, amid the pandemic, Shivani relocated to Gurgaon for her job, continuing to explore resin art as a side venture. By December 2021, she took a bold step to turn her passion into a full-time business.
Despite lacking formal training in fine arts, Shivani’s relentless passion for learning drove her to explore online resources. Platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest became her mentors, guiding her from watercolors to the intricate and challenging world of resin art. Her dedication has now established her as a highly sought-after artist in the resin art community.
Creativity knows no bounds, and Shivani’s art showcases this beautifully. Her initial experiments with resin art quickly evolved into captivating creations that drew considerable attention. Her popular pieces include gold leaf resin coasters, alcohol ink coasters, vibrant ocean-themed wooden trays, elegant tissue boxes, stunning serving trays, resin wall clocks, personalized name plates, trinket trays, cake stands adorned with dried flowers, floral trays, and more.
One of her notable achievements includes completing 200 coasters in just five days for corporate gifting. Additionally, Shivani’s festive range of hand-poured scented soy candles, named “Illuminate,” has become a new favorite.
As Little Things by Shivani gains recognition for its innovative home décor creations, Shivani envisions establishing her own art studio. This space will not only allow her to experiment with new art forms but also host workshops to introduce others to the art of resin.
